Support for UAS operators in applying for flight authorisation in UAS geographical zones, in accordance with EU Regulation 947/2019 and ENAC Circular ATM-09A.
We carry out these activities by analysing the flight plan and flight route provided by the client. This involves analysing any overlaps with existing airspaces and geographical areas, preparing the application in accordance with the ENAC circular, liaising with the relevant authorities (ENAC, ENAV, the Air Force, etc.), and monitoring the approval process.

Operations in restricted areas

Procedures for requesting temporary or permanent airspace allocations, or access to regulated airspace.
The role involves analysing the client’s operational requirements, preparing the documentation package and managing relations with the relevant authorities.
Preparation and submission of ATM 03-05-09a and document verification for Airspace Reservation.
