Analysis of the organisational context, definition or amendment of procedures, staff training and support through to approval by the competent authority.
Compliance Monitoring / Quality Assurance
We support our clients in developing compliance plans and audit plans, drawing up compliance checklists, and managing the qualifications of suppliers and the organisation’s staff; we also provide support during audits conducted by ENAC, EASA, IOGP auditors or other ISO-accredited bodies.
Safety Management System (SMS)
Development and maintenance of the organisation’s safety management system in accordance with EASA regulations and ICAO Annex 19 and Doc. 9859. External risk assessment activities, support with Management of Change, and management of the organisation’s risks.
Monitoring of solutions
We monitor the effectiveness of the solutions we have implemented and analyse the feedback over time.
Third-party auditing services
We provide operators, or interested third parties, with external and independent auditing services to verify that internal processes comply with regulatory requirements (e.g. ENAC, EASA) and/or international standards (e.g. ISO 9001, AS9100, IOGP)
